Hire a Caricaturist? Who would?

AS YOU CAN see from the above image, quite a varied selection of companies would hire a caricaturist! This is only a small selection of the corporate entertainment functions I have drawn caricatures at over the years.

For instance, 3M UK used to often commission caricatures from photos to be given as leaving gifts while BNP Paribas would book me and other colleagues as live caricaturists at their various promotional events. I’ve had a lot of fun over the years with TV companies either drawing live on camera for various news items or providing finished cartoons to illustrate certain programmes. Hence the BBC, Five and ITV logos, although, of course, Channel Four News should be there too! And my past experience as a newspaper and magazine caricaturist / cartoonist is reflected by the inclusion of the now defunct News of the World, The Week and Sunday Times.

But it’s not just corporates who might hire a caricaturist. We’re extremely enjoyable and memorable entertainment at all sorts of private parties such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries. What better way to give guests fun and leave them with a unique gift to take away? I’ve been hired for Hen Parties, small private dinner parties all the way up to huge weddings with hundreds of guests.
